Our History

In 1906, Coldwell Banker was founded to provide honest and professional service when 23-year-old real estate agent Colbert Coldwell witnessed unscrupulous behavior after San Francisco’s most devastating earthquake. Coldwell later partnered with Benjamin Banker to set a new standard in real estate transactions through straightforward business principles, integrity and exceptional customer service. For over 106 years, the Coldwell Banker name has commanded respect for extraordinary service and quality products.

Relocation
 

Our Relocation Division assists corporations, relocation companies, real estate brokers and affinity organizations all over the world with executive and employee transfers and out of state referrals. Specialized training allows sales associates to expand their business opportunities and become part of the team that services relocation clients.


Commercial
 

Our mission is to provide, professional, reliable and consistent commercial services to all of our existing and future clients and customers. Commercial offers a 14-week training program called Top Dogs – How to Run with the Big Dogs in Commercial Real Estate. This program teaches skills from each of three areas critical to success in commercial real estate: sales skills, industry specific knowledge and personal power skill. The course work is designed to drive the participants to apply what they learn and start producing right away.
