This program allows associates to receive personal coaching from your manager
through extensive business development curriculum workshops. This can have an
immediate and long-term impact on Sale Associates’ earnings. Whether you need
daily or quarterly accountability, we provide the support you need.

We offer on-site and on-line real estate courses for Maryland, Virginia, Delaware and DC. You can complete your coursework in two weeks or over several months. Classes are held at nearby classroom facilities. After successful completion of the course, you must pass a State Exam.

New Sales Associates attend a comprehensive orientation program geared to highlight Coldwell Banker’s services, tools and global resources. In addition, new associates complete SuccessBuilder, an activity based course consisting of 3 components: ExperienceBuilder – a series of self paced field assignments, KnowledgeBuilder a library of recorded interactive tutorials and live webinars and SkillBuilder, the action oriented class segment focused on lead generation, best business practices, skill development, technology and legal policies. Upon successful completion of this course associates earn the Accredited Real Estate Professional Designation.

Upon affiliation, Experienced Associates attend a comprehensive orientation program geared to highlight Coldwell Banker’s services, tools and global resources for a smooth transition of business. Experienced associates take advantage of workshops, certification and designation courses, technology coaching sessions and SuccessBuilder to increase production immediately.
