The marketing department provides support to the agent on a local, national and international level by providing cutting edge technology tools and materials you need to help you grow your business, stay in touch with your sphere and succeed in today’s competitive real estate market. Whether you are just building your business or a seasoned real estate agent, our focus is on leveraging all aspects of communication from social media resources to print and presentation materials. In addition, our education staff supports our marketing efforts by providing weekly webinars, hands-on workshops and one on one training sessions to give our agents the confidence and knowledge to succeed.

The IT department provides technical support to ensure all systems are running effectively and efficiently and is constantly providing our agents and offices with the emerging technologies that will help them remain competitive in the real estate market. Our field staff and desktop groups provide technical help and service to our agents and offices on a daily basis.

Coldwell Banker Mid-Atlantic Relocation provides local, regional, national and international relocation services to individuals and businesses of all sizes. Each year, we represent 132,000 relocation buyers and sellers. In coordination with our primary broker - Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage - we provide comprehensive relocation management services to assist individuals, corporations, Federal agencies and the military. The Relocation department works closely with agents offering training programs so they may be qualified to handle this business and understand how to develop new opportunities to grow their business.

In 2005, the Foundation adopted the Cornerstones of Life Program as its funding guiding light. The program aims to strengthen the four cornerstones every individual needs to live a successful life: Food, Shelter, Health and Community.
