The Accounting team provides financial support for all associates, branch offices and departments of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. Whether you are Resale, Commercial, Property Management, REO or Relocation specific, we work closely with the branch offices to ensure your commission payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner. All associates receive a monthly personalized report that illustrates your individual real estate activity and trends.

The IT department provides technical support to ensure all systems are running effectively and efficiently and is constantly providing our agents and offices with the emerging technologies that will help them remain competitive in the real estate market. Our field staff and desktop groups provide technical help and service to our agents and offices on a daily basis.

In coordination with our primary broker, we provide comprehensive relocation management services to assist individuals, corporations, Federal agencies and the military.
